Pale straw yellow with greenish tinges, clear and bright. The nose is fresh and floral with good intensity and persistence. The taste is dry, pleasantly fresh, and long-lasting, with a final hint of almonds typical of the appellation.

 

Pairings: Ideal with appetizers, pasta, delicate risottos, fish, white meat dishes, vegetable-based recipes, and as an aperitif.
