Paul Mas is entirely made from the Merlot grape. A lot of ripeness and a ripe mouthfeel complete this wine perfectly. The color is invitingly purple/red. The aroma of this Paul Mas Merlot is broad and refined, with beautiful shades of plums and blackberries alongside spicy impressions. The taste is smooth and soft with again a beautiful bouquet of red fruit and a light hint of vanilla.
